You should start from the upper part of the filter and gradually move downwards. The air will remove the remnants of fluid and the contaminants that were dissolved in the fluid. We repeat this procedure several times, until the water flowing out of the filter is clean.
Step five - putting the DPF back into the vehicle
Once we have rinsed out the DPF and made sure that it is clean, we can put it back into the vehicle. We install all the components in the reverse order to how we removed them.
